Online Classes

Join Katie each week with new classes every Sunday! Beginners classes and meditation classes are for everybody. Intermediate classes are a bit faster and more challenging. Katie recommends attending a handful of beginners classes before an intermediate class, unless you feel you are a frequent yoga practitioner. 

-I'm honored to teach yoga during this pandemic, although I miss the connection of teaching a class in person. Intermediate/Beginner's Flow
In this 35-minute intermediate/beginner's flow, Katie guides you through more challenging postures, including crow and other balancing postures, in a faster-paced class than a beginner's class.


Beginner's Flow
​Katie guides you through a gentle but energizing 40-minute beginner's flow, focusing on alignment and breath.


10 Min. Meditation
Find somewhere comfortable to sit and be present with Katie for 10 minutes wile focusing on inhaling all that is good and exhaling what no longer serves you.


Meditate with Katie
In this 15 minute guided meditation, Katie will guide you back to your breath and give you techniques you can use in daily life. 


Beginners Class
​Join Katie as she leads a 40 minute beginners flow class. All you need is a computer, your body, and some space to move. You can also use a blanket or pillow to sit on! Also, a hard-backed book is a great replacement for a block.
